Delete your data

Applies to the Android app "Echojong" by Paddy's AI Lab

Echojong keeps almost nothing. There is no account to close. This page explains what exists, how to remove it, and what remains afterwards.

Data stored on your device

Best scores and your last-played world live only on your phone.

  1. Open Android Settings → Apps → Echojong.
  2. Tap Storage, then Clear data. Uninstalling the app does the same.

Result: every score and setting is deleted immediately. Nothing is kept.

Leaderboard entries (only if you posted a score)

Scores you posted, with your nickname, live on the leaderboard server. Removing them takes one tap:

  1. Open Echojong and tap Leaderboard on the title screen.
  2. Tap Remove my scores at the bottom, then tap it again to confirm.

Result: every entry posted from this install is deleted immediately. If you have reinstalled, cleared data, or changed phones since posting, email echojong@padmanabhan.xyz with the subject "Echojong data deletion" and the nickname you used; we delete matching entries within 7 days and confirm by email.

Purchase record (only if you bought the unlock)

If you bought "All Worlds", RevenueCat holds a record linking the purchase to an anonymous app identifier so it can be restored. To have it deleted:

  1. Email echojong@padmanabhan.xyz with the subject "Echojong data deletion".
  2. Include the approximate purchase date and the Google account email used for the purchase, so we can locate the record.
  3. We confirm by email once the RevenueCat record is deleted, normally within 7 days.

Result: the RevenueCat record is deleted and the unlock can no longer be restored from it. Google Play keeps its own receipt under your Google account according to Google's policies; we cannot delete that on your behalf.

Retention

Device data: deleted the moment you clear data or uninstall. Leaderboard entries: kept until you remove them in the app or ask us to. Purchase record: kept until you ask for deletion, because it is what restores your purchase.
